
Placing an Order Online
Placing an order has never been easier. With our simple 4-step process, we take care of your orders, so you can sit back and relax!
Using our EZ Order Client Portal you can:
- Easily submit new orders and/update your order
- Track and View Status of all orders submitted by your company
- View reports of completed searches daily
- Download completed invoices and summary reports
Once you are logged into our Ordering Portal you’re able to enter:
1. File Info
Enter which file number and closing date.
2. Property Info
Add which folio numbers and property locations you’re interested in. You can even add additional folio numbers all in one place!
3. Lien and Estoppel Searches
Let us know what type of service your company needs. Choose from full municipal search, all updates search, an a la carte search and much more! From here you can also order an Estoppel Letter or a Property Information Report.
4. Additional Info
Let us know if you’re interested in a rush order. Here you can also upload any additional documents you’d like to be included with your order before finalizing, and be sure to leave us any comments you may have pertaining to your order.
Once you click finish we will send you an email letting you know your order has been placed in our system.
Placing a Municipal Lien Search order through our EZ Order Portal couldn’t be easier. Just be sure to provide the file number and closing date along with the specific folio numbers as well as the properties location. From there, choose from an array of services, and if you don’t see the specific type of service you’re looking for, you can click on the “Additional Search Item(s)” drop down. If you’re unsure what type of service just click the “A La Carte” option! Don’t forget to add any additional documents before finalizing your order and be sure to leave us some comments.
